Reception staffs are very nice and helpful. There are a lot of selection for breakfast which are inclusive. Wi-fi is fast.

The area is great and convenient but the room was expensive and tiny, dinky, dark and depressing. And very very dirty. One of the staff was super rude and accused me of lying, and while later apologised for this, the whole situation was very uncomfortable. Breakfast options are super limited and definitely don’t cater for people with dietary requirements outside the ‘norm’. Sorry, but cannot recommend and definitely won’t be returning.

Excellent staff! Very friendly and helpful! Good location handy to Vatican and metro also some great bars and restaurants nearby! Would highly recommend this hotel!

Staff was lovely. I felt very safe in that area. Hotel was clean. Rooms were very small. Check in was easy.

This is a great place to stay if
1) you are able to climb 5 stairs to reach the elevator
2) you want to walk to Vatican City
3) want breakfast included
4) don't care there is NO coffee in your room
5) very basic room
All that said, the staff is wonderful and it was soo close to things in Rome.
If you just want a clean room and a hot shower, this hotel is perfect.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Prati.
It was very convenient to St. Peter’s, just a few minutes to walk.
The gentlemen at the desk couldn’t be more helpful. They were friendly and welcoming. They called a taxi when we needed one, but the taxi stand is only a few blocks away, if you want to walk. A very nice area.
