I reserved a 3 person space and was told none were available. The room was dirty, unsafe and not true to the pictures.

The staff was super friendly and respectful. The room was old, noisy outside, the bathroom very small but clean. Location was good since Termini and busses are just 5 minute walk. So it's very convenient if you want to move around in train, bus or rail.

Hotel is badly maintained, broken shower curtain, windows dirty and broken, Room provide was nothing like any of the pictures on website (provided to Expedia)

We went to the hotel around 18:00 and had to wait a bit for check-in, but I didn't mind. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. I really liked that there was a separate sink for ablution. The location of the hotel was very good, we could easily walk everywhere and return to the airport easily. There was just a lot of noise outside until late at night. A perfect price performance hotel. Recommended. :)

Great location, a few steps away from Roma Termini. Good food choices just outside the hotel. The room was great and the breakfast an added bonus.
