Totally pissed off
Posted 16 Jan 2024 on HotelsSpent night on 2nd of January after booking through hotels.com. Paid online with girlfriends credit card. Upon checking in , I was told I needed to provide a credit card for “incidentals” and got an alert via text that $164 charge was pending on my credit card. When I went on my app, I discovered I was charged 3x for the identical amount. I went downstairs and spoke with the front desk employee. That explained that “it sometimes happens” but should fall off within a day or 2. I requested she leave a message for the manager as I was going to be extremely displeased if it didn’t. The following morning during checkout I requested to speak with manager. She assured me that it should disappear within 3 or 4 days (yet it showed up within 60 seconds as being held on my phone app). Just went on my app and it’s Still showing pending 13 days later??? Don’t care whether the stay was great or poor, just shocked that my $ is still pending after being assured it would be handled!!!!

Posted 10 Nov 2023 on HotelsFrom the front desk to the room service staff cleanliness of the room, the complimentary breakfast it was a very enjoyable stay. I would recommend the Holiday Inn express in Rome Georgia to anybody heading that way.

This hotel was perfect for the imagine festival. It was super clean…spotless!!! And i would def recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was great!! The only downside was when it was extremely busy, it was hard finding parking on 1 of the 3 nights we stayed there. But even with that, it was WELL WORTH IT!! The beds were comfortable!!! If you can, upgrade to the suite!!! Till next Time!!! 5 stars all the way
