The declined to check us in because we didn’t have small dogs. We are traveling with medium size dogs. Expedia site showed that the Fairfield accepts pets. We had to find another hotel after a long day of travel. Will Expedia refund reservation???

Exceptional staff in all areas. I highly recommend staying at this property when you are visiting Berry College or Rome, Georgia.

The staff at this property were very helpful, pleasant. We had a small issue with our room, the manager immediately moved us to a new room.
Hotel very clean, comfortable, had dinner at hotel bistro.
Breakfast had huge variety, very good.
Hotel staff gave us many options for sights to take in on the rest of our day, travels.
Staff went above and beyond.

This is a no frills nice hotel. Very clean and the staff were excellent. Room was clean. We were there because surgery was scheduled the following morning. We stayed 2 days. Easy to get to. Multiple restaurants near by. Would stay again. Bella Roma is an excellent restaurant near by.
