The host and hostess are fantastic couple and are very nice to talk to. The place is very safe and quiet. The beds are comfortable though we could have used some of the shelves for storage. The breakfast could be a bit better as well. Keep a hot pot and coffee machine in the lobby so we can help ourselves to coffee or tea. The place is very far from Termini and all tourist attractions. It took us a full hour or more to get to the center of town. That is the biggest drawback since much time was wasted in traveling up and down to center of town in Rome. Needed to change 2 buses and a tram to get to Termini. If arriving from FCO airport, please take their offer to pick up. Train to this place is very complex- needed to change 2 trains and walk 1.5 miles from the station Monte Mario. It costs Euors 8 pp to get to Monte Mario from FCO and then use a cab (5 euros pp) to get to this B&B.

Made very welcome, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could have been better. It is a long journey into Rome which meant we had to stay out all day and evening, Particularly as the lounge & balcony area were locked after breakfast so only had access to the bedroom.

Joanna e la sua famiglia, 3 figli, sono state persone maleducate non hanno mai rispettarti gli orari della colazione e hanno sempre preteso di rimanere negli spazi non di uso comune anche di sera anche se noi abbiamo sempre consentito, mettendoci a disagio senza tenere conto e rispettare i nostri impegni. Ci siamo resi disponibili oltre il dovuto cercando di facilitarli in tutto. Alla fine del soggiorno inoltre si sono rifiutati di pagare il servizio di navetta anche se messo per iscritto il costo quando proposto. Ospiti assolutamente sconsigliati.

Awesome Stay

Whenever we are returning to Rome, we will be staying here.

Thank you for you for your feedback, we don't understand what happened.. hot water is always running because we have a gas heater and you had just wait a little bit more to have hot water, up to now no one has complained about the water. About breakfast, we agreed that to would have breakfast at 8 but you came at 7.30 and you didn't give us time to prepare a proper breakfast. It was not easy the communication between us because you didn't speak a word of English but at least you could have used a translator to give us the chance to help you with any problems... We are very sorry!
