Lighting awful. Walls paper thin so could hear multiple other guests snoring and talking. Shower was broken, sink was falling off wall

Dear Customer, the bathroom of room 203 where you stayed does not have the problems you described. The sink is attached to the wall and the shower works. As for the walls, room 203 does not border the other rooms of the structure. Greetings.

Hidden gem!
Posted 20 Aug 2019 on HotelsNice location, walking distance to many tourist destinations. Close to the metro and termini stations. Many restaurants in the area. The room was clean, bed was good, air conditioning was cold, bathroom was renovated and nice. Italian breakfast served in the room, cappuccino with pastries. We had a very nice stay for 6 nights. Highly recommended

Wc had water and also had safe box that in my barcelona's hotel dos not exist

Stayed just one night at the location before leaving Rome. The location was excellent as it is very close to termini station. Room was in good condition. cannot complain about the service. Would stay again if returning to Rome.
