The hotel was very nice, however unfortunately the staff was not very helpful, two receptionist’s were standing outside as we tried to carry our luggage up their stairs without helping, and walked past us. We asked for recommendations and they could not offer any. They were able to store luggage and call a cab.

Spent four nights here. The hotel staff was friendly and informative. It was a great area to be able to walk to everything. The restaurant there was delicious!

The staff was so helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful every morning with Dortha meeting all of our needs. Vincenzo and Judith suggested great places for us to go with great directions. Alessandro and Asia in the restaurant were so nice. We ate there several times more because of the atmosphere and service.
