The staff was Great, the all inclusive option was wonderful. All the food was good the fresh fruits were all delicious! Didn’t know what to expect, it was our first time here. We were not disappointed.

Clean, good location, the hotel let you alone and let you enjoy the beach, pool and they didn’t bother me at all, I loved the hotel

Love the location of the hotel. Beach access, great pool, and close to all the spots we wanted to visit and eat at. No better hotel with a better location than Playa Los Arcos.
Only complaint or improvements would be the rooms. Our hotel room seems a bit aged. Room was very clean, just older.
