Easy to check in & out but that’s only positive.
Was one of the only places left with availability during time we stayed but do not recommend, especially travelling with children. Very run down and aircon was in bathroom so you can’t close the bathroom door if you want to continue using aircon.

Cleanliness lacking!! Smelt like cigarette smoke even though it’s a smoke free property. Dusty pillows and mouldy shower curtain too.

Thanks for your review.I will explain little bit more now. You made the last minute non refundable booking and took the key around 2-3pm, came back around 6 pm and said that you don't want the room because of smell. I offered you a different room but you didn't even look at it and said that you want a refund. I told you to contact your booking source because I can't do anything from my side. Someone stayed in same room one night before you and gave us 10 out of 10 because of cleanliness and left a special note for us that how clean we kept the property. Our rooms smells nice and we never let anyone smoke in room . We always high quality air fresheners to make rooms smells nice. We change bedsheets, pillow cases and shower curtains on regular basis and our cleaners are working with us from long time and there is no way that they will leave dusty pillows.Thanks againKind RegardsRoma Motel
