Some staff upon check in were rude. Some staff seemed annoyed when we requested an extra blanket. Initially we were told they didn’t have any extra but the real reason was that because housekeeping staff had gone home, they just didn’t want to go in the back and get one. Some staff at breakfast also seemed annoyed. They were telling guests to make sure they were wearing gloves when getting food yet, they themselves were not wearing gloves and they were handling allll the food! However, check-out staff were very kind and up-beat.
