Location was good, hotel was clean but old. Did not like shower in handicap accessible room which was unnecessary.

All good except Expedia sucks! I erred when booking and selected the wrong date. I called Expedia and your representative tried to upcharge me $94. I was able to fix it myself on the itinerary for a change to $22. Expedia should have handled this for me. Instead, tried to rip me off.

Staff were great! Friendly and accommodating! The beds were terrible, so uncomfortable. Rooms need updating.

The staff was extremely kind & helpful. The only downfall of our stay was: at breakfast they were out of waffle mix, forks. I asked & they restocked. Out of milk. No milk anywhere in the building. Which was an issue.

The bathroom shower had a hole in the wall where the shower came out. The toilet had a huge thing in between the lid and bottom to boost you. The toilet was not sturdy. The soap dispenser had hair on it. The shelves the towels and washcloths on were dirty. I understand it is an older hotel, but some repairs should be done. The breakfast crew were so nice and friendly.
