PROS: Front desk staff was friendly and greeted us upon our arrival. Precious D. was especially helpful, cheerful, friendly and professional. Since our aunt was with us, they were able to accommodate us for 2 queen size beds as we had reservations for a king size bed but the sofa there was not a pull out. Ease of checking in and checking out was smooth. We stayed 2 nights and had our service dog with us. The room was clean, beds and size of the room was comfortable. CONS: The hallway and rooms were dated and would benefit from a carpet change as it looks worn. Also, some aesthetic touches such as a new coat of paint to the hotel room /elevator doors would give a fresh look. The mini fridge in the room did not work. We reported it and was told they would address it the next day, so we were not able to use the fridge.

Very clean very nice high-quality everything. The only thing is on the Expedia website and had a place for parking garage and it really wasn’t on the site. It was around the corner and it costs four more dollars to park there than it does to park here in the garage at the hotel it’s $30 and the hotel is 26. so they shouldn’t put it on the site. The property has parking.

However, room keys will only open the gate to the open parking lot, which is the main guest parking area. Parking rates should remain the same either way, with the exception that a voucher to exit the garage would be provided if the garage is chosen. We will look into your parking charges and make the necessary adjustments, please feel free to contact us to provide additional details.

Temp was 79 degrees in our room. Called front desk. They sent maintainance who came quickly. Said after fixing a few knobs that T would be fine. Woke up after a very uncomfortable night and T was 73! We had it set for 65 degrees. Was not a good experience
