I was super disappointed to rent the room in the south, at the start of the summer and see that the pool was listed in the description but only to get there and be told they didn’t have it operational. The rooms and cleanliness leaves much to be desired. the beds were comfortable but rooms were not clean or as clean as they should be. There were flies everywhere in the room like they left the doors open while attempting to clean before renting it out. I spoke to the manager and I was informed that he just took over this property. I’m hoping these are small things that he will see get fixed and the renovations and bringing the property back up to par.

The room had not been clean before giving us the room and the housekeeper had a attitude, just very unprofessional I will not stay here again

No hot water, no hot water, NO HOT WATER (Really 😣); only midly warm even after letting the water run for more than 5 minutes. Also NO soap. None at the sink nor in the shower. Only lotion at the sink and shampoo in the shower! Only one little plastic water cup was in the room! There was some kind of flying insects in the room. A number of them. They were smaller than house flies and larger than gnats or fruit flies. Unsure what they were.

Towels and washclothes were dirty as well as the sheets had marks and stains on them.
