damn. yes we live next to 30 acres of bush and they are part of Australia insects. if we could stop every single insect the Pest Control would be out of a JOB? big inner-city people seem to give this feedback we have noticed. not uncommon for Australia rurally?

The beds were comfortable, however rooms are a bit outdated, dark and could use a good cleaning.

Room was well equiped, toaster and spreads in the room, little things that are rare nowadays

Was not able to check in until 1.00pm on the dot or otherwise had to pay a fee even though it was 12.50pm

Thanks Gayle, yes being young and not running a business yourself does prove challenging when not understanding Business Practices and being Flexible where we can to a point to where People just want to Checkin when they want. And thank you yes we did help though you had no Credit Card to provide on entry? thanks

We asked the owner if we could check in an hour early as we had sporting events to get to . He was not very accomodating , quite rude about the whole thing to be honest. The room was ready but yet he still charged us and extra $25 to check in early Also made a point of making sure we checked out on time the next day Just didn’t find that ‘welcoming’ or accommodating

thanks Stevi, yes we are a small family business. Blunt maybe but not rude? yes everyone wants to checkin early and check out late? i have never been able to do that at a Corporate Motel yet. so why do we small business have to change our policy to suit others that expect that they can? thanks again for the feedback
