Friendly staff. Nice-sized rooms with plenty of storage. The place is always clean & quiet. I always stay here when going to Rockford.

Nice people. Good price. Had that 60s motel feel. I will take that over the over-priced sterile chains.

Generally quiet neighborhood in the evening, staff is friendly and responsive.

The property was supposed to be non smoking and the room smelled really bad like smoke, also extremely dirty.
