The place was big enough for us. the property has a beach access and a porch at the back. It was clean and walkable to the store and restaurant.

It’s not really a resort. The rooms need upgrading but were clean and comfortable. Right on the beach. Ours was upstairs in the north building. It was roomy, with a separate bedroom, two bathrooms, nice kitchenette, a balcony, and pretty much everything we needed. Good deal for the price.

My family and I loved staying at this property the convenience of the beach and local eateries all around. We absolutely loved it and recommend our friends.

Stayed here in late April when the weather was good.
Very quiet at any time we could see a max of 20 people on the beach.
Very relaxing time.
There is not a lot in Rockaway beach at this time of the year, we where very happy that we brought whatever we needed with us
Yes I would return
