Stayed for a week and the breakfast was always open on time and the items were varied.

The hotel is nice. There is a parking garage attached to the hotel. Within walking distance to the Galleria and the Mayo Civic Center. There is a slight homeless issue.

Room never got cleaned, TV never worked properly, no one would ever make sure we were helped with these items.. won’t be staying here again..

For the reasons I was in town it was walkable. They are clean with friendly staff. Parking was quick, nice, and easy. My only complaint is the walls are thin, I was able to hear my neighbors talking loudly and laughing.
