Great stay.
Posted 17 Sep 2022 on HotelsGreat stay. The management and staff were so helpful and friendly. Cannot fault the hotel at all. Good location in a very interesting city. If you are interested in industrial archaeology, go down to the old transporter bridge (transbordeur in French).

Oui effectivement je comprends votre surprise mais pour vous contenter nous avons préparé un deuxième lit dans la chambre de vos enfants. Ce service pour lequel nous n'avions pas été informé par avance a été réalisé dans l'heure qui a suivi votre arrivée et a été possible car nos chambres sont spacieuses. Vous avez bénéficié d'une chambre de 32m2 avec balcon, au calme et lit à baldaquin et vos enfants d'une chambre de 30m2 avec grande douche à l'Italienne. Je trouve dommage votre notation sachant que nous avons réagit très vite en vous proposant des services de qualité que vous aviez semblé apprécié à la fin de votre séjour.
Bel rentrée à vous et au plaisir de vous revoir.

Fantastic hotel in a great location
Posted 23 Sep 2019 on HotelsLovely hotel right in the heart of this beautiful town. The hotel was spotless and is a beautiful older style building. The rooms however are modern, contemporary, large with high ceilings. The bathroom had a great modern shower suite too.
