It's ok but noisy. Privilege rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. The doors to the rooms slam shut, which doesn't seem to be the case at more modern hotels. Would stay again but wouldn't be first choice and much more a last resort.

Good hotel, nice and clean with friendly, polite staff. Had a great stay. Very happy .

Generally good value. It was not made clear at booking that breakfast was not included. This requires improvement. I am unsure if this is Expedia or the hotel but both need to address this. The chair in my room, while comfortable was rather worn and needs repair or replacement. Good attentive and helpful staff.

Staff super helpful, nothing was too difficult for them. Excellent room amenities. Fabulous spa.
