It was off season, so parking was easy,5 minute walk up stairs. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The property was
Great. Clean great staff
And location the only issue was the fact that
The a/c was turned off based
Upon time of year. The day was warm so the evening didn’t cool off well. Even with the windows open it was alittle
Bit warm. I would hope they could be able to react when the rather doesn’t follow their schedule. I would stay there again

The air conditioning was turned off because to clean the room you have to open the windows, but it was entirely possible to turn it back on. Each air conditioner turns off and on individually. The property has a great location. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Bed and linens were very comfortable!

Nice view down into the valley. Excellent restaurant on the property, with tree-shaded tables on the terrace. In the middle of the Rocamadour tourist area, so very walkable. Room was good-size and well appointed.

Rooms were very nice. A chilled water dispenser was right outside our door. The terrace had a great view of the castle. The breakfast area has tables/couches in a nice
outdoor area. Our host helped us make a dinner reservation. We had card entry at the front door in the evening.

Excellent hotel! Great view of the medieval city, the castle, and the cliff. Very peaceful. The restaurant is also excellent. Highly recommended!

Super located, lovely hotel.
