Liked large shampoo, lotion, conditioner, compared to small bottles. Airport shuttle was great.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They answered every question we had and followed through with every request. They greeted my children each time we walked through the door. The breakfast was plentiful with many options. The hotel location was conveniently located off the interstate. Although it is an “airport” location, there was minimal noise from the airport close by. The location was not in downtown Roanoke, but just on the outskirts. Would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Roanoke.

When checking in, another guest called 911 3x's... So I felt unsafe! The front desk person took flight attendants in before completing our 3 rooms. Our prepaid room (on our company cc) We had 3 rooms booked at the same time. We were on different floors. Each of us had to pay a $35 no refundable fee... Don't know for what or why??? My Room door had a note that said someone would have to access my room to measure for curtains at some point the next day. (Why couldn't this be done after I checked out by 12) The mattress was uncomfortable the pillows need to be replaced! The bathtub felt like I was laying on concreate and rocks.

I do apologize for the poor experience. The 35.00 does return to you card after your stay. It does depend on your bank when the funds are returned, usually 1-3 days. If you have not seen the funds returned, please contact me and I'd be happy to look into further.
