This is an excellent hotel that combines value, cleanliness, comfort, great breakfast, and good staff. But to be clear, this is not the 5 start luxury hotel. Riyadh is a bustling city with either very fancy and expensive hotels or lower cost non-brand hotels. This makes it tough for travellers to choose value / lower cost options. This hotel is very recommend.

This stay in this hotel was a very bad experience. Power outage from 5:30 am till 9 am. Not even internet and basic services.
The staff made it even worse by not facilitating help when they were able to.

The staff is very helpful. And the area is very safe. I do recommend this hotel everyone who’s coming to Riyadh.

Manageable
Posted 9 Jan 2024 on HotelsLocation of hotel is good. But pathetic service. Reception people do not understand English. House keeping very poor. Rooms don’t get cleaned until we remind the housekeeping. Breakfast is good.

Jeff & Mary were excellent in their services. AbdulRaheem checked us in perfectly. Dinner was good but pricey.
