there’s no noise isolation between the rooms which is make insomnia and uncomfortable sleep

The worst that can happen is when you wake up in the morning and you don't have hot water. This is the most basic need and if the hotel is unable to provide this then to be it's a failure. After I complained an engineer came to the room and saw the issue and after I returned to my room later the problem was still there.
