This Hotel is completely new and almost entirely made of
pumice stones which overall give a taste of "ancient but modern". Facilities one of the best spa I have seen and leisure club, contemporary bar and award winning restaurant, ample free car parking and wifi. Staff is extremely kind and polite. Have a massage with Marco. Highly recommended.

The place to go and just relax. Breakfast is excellent and the coffee superb. We were taken care of by Fillipo on our first meal and he made us feel welcomed. He spoiled us. He is a good ambassador for the hotel, but all of the staff were friendly and always helpful.

cannot fault this hotel
Posted 27 Feb 2014 on HotelsI stayed here for four nights while skiing with family and can honestly say that we all agreed the hotel was faultless. The staff were delightful as was the rooms although the spa was not fully functional you can see that this place is the full package.

Avendo scelto una suite avrei preferito qualche attenzione in più.

Gentile Nunzia, Ci spiace che la sua esperienza presso la nostra struttura non sia stata perfetta, ma la ringraziamo per la sua recensione; per noi le critiche costruttive sono fondamentali per migliorare il servizio offerto, ma non capiamo bene a cosa si riferisce quando parla di "qualche attenzione in più". Le nostre suites hanno una metratura maggiore rispetto alle altre stanze, ed è possibile scegliere tra una suite con vasca idromassaggio rotonda biposto, una con bagno turco privato e una dalla forma rotonda nella nostra torre con vista panoramica e vasca idromassaggio monoposto. Tutti i nostri preventivi, inoltre, includono anche l'ingresso alla nostra favolosa spa, ma siamo ben aperti a suggerimenti e consigli, che la invitiamo a offrirci via mail. Struttura posizionata fuori dal tessuto cittadino,buona la parte piscine.Servizio molto buono.
