"Rooms are very basic, not sure why but you have to request blankets. Some staff are friendly but others seem angry. Pool-hot tub area very nice.
Just okay but not great."

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay once again with our family. They made A LOT of renovations and changes since our last stay (2 years ago), all for the better. We were really happy with all the spaces and places to eat as well. The renovations to the coffee shop, dining hall, sports bar, sweet and salt, were awesome. We enjoyed live music every night outside of Sweet and Salt, and live music at Breathless rooftop bar, both great places. The fresh churro outside of Sweet and salt was great every night too. Our concierge Adan and Eduardo were really helpful. Also, shout out to our favorite bar tenders of the week, Almicar and Silvano at Prana (they were amazing!) and made our vacation pretty memorable. Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort. The resort itself is very good, and we were pleasantly surprised with a VIP upgrade, which made a noticeable difference.
The Family Selection beach area was especially nice — less crowded and more comfortable. Overall food quality was good, although the desserts could definitely be better.
During our stay we booked three à la carte restaurants. La Paisana and Sumptuori (teppanyaki tables) were both very good. Portofino, however, was a bit disappointing. The service was good, but the food didn’t live up to what we expected from an Italian restaurant.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort, especially if you can get the Family Selection or VIP upgrade."
Hotel Xcaret Mexico - All Parks / All Fun Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Mindblown at the entire Xcaret property, hotel and parks. Was nervous about the cost but we left wishing we stayed longer.
The hotel property is massive with so much to do and so many food choices. The room was clean and simple but with a wonderful view along with double hammocks and stoked snacks.
Check in was simple and fast but do think something was missed along the way as we felt unprepared to tackle the enormous property with a lack of information at first from how to reserve restaurants to where the shuttles for the parks arrive. All reservation restaurants were also booked up for days in advance (our entire stay). However, none of the above was a deal breaker and we quickly got the flow with the interactive map on the app (very much needed)
Overall highly recommend, just be prepared for a ton of walking and a slightly overwhelming amount of amenities and trying to find everything at first.

"They have the best food , I’ve been to Mexico few times and I always have hard time with the food , but this resort got the best food ever , best staff , best service , I would definitely come back and recommend "
