The only thing we found a little less than our expectations was that some evening entertainment had additional charges and the buffet was largely the same each day, although the food was really good. "We only saw turtles when we went out of the resort and paid for the guides. The food from the buffet and room service gave us a tummy ache everyday unfortunately. The drinks were okay, there was not a lot to do to be honest. We had a decent time though and the staff was always there to help."

"The bath drain was full of rust and the water came out brown , when my friend took a bath the whole room was flooded without the bath even being full .. they tried go say that it was our fault until the supervisor came up and saw that the the plumbing system was in fact broken, didn’t offer compensation and didn’t even offer us new towels when they clearly saw we used them all to try to clean up the flood. 2 pairs of designer sandals were stolen and then they refused to let me look in the lost and found and then when I asked for the cameras , they gave me the go around and never came through. "
