Pillows were hard as bricks!!

The person that checked us in, did not put us in the type of room we had reserved and didn't tell us about any change. We didn't find out until we went to the room and found it wasn't what we'd reserved. Had to go talk to the manager to get this fixed. The manager was nice and did give us a discount on the first night, but we should not have had to do this. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
