Convenient location, practical.
Posted 17 Nov 2023 on HotelsIt’s a nice & very convenient hotel. But the breakfast is awful, all mass-produced, pre-packed sweet and savoury items, even juices are from concentrate, not a good advert for Italian cuisine. The toiletries in the room are beyond basic and lots of plastic packaging.
A little attention and creativity would improve things so much.
It’s still the best place to stay in the area.

Adequate, but lacks charm
Posted 27 Jun 2022 on HotelsI’ve been to this hotel many times and, for the area, it’s good, however this time we had no internet in our room and even in the breakfast room for 5 days. The staff kept telling us it was working, then admitted it wasn’t and that engineers were looking at it, then upon departing they once again said it’d been working fine, but actually we had to use our mobile phones data to stream and go on the web. The bedroom lights also came on by themselves at 6am after a power cut and woke us up.
The breakfast is awful, all pre-packed stuff, even the bread and cardboard-like croissants, overboiled eggs and nothing to suggest you are in italy, a country known for its delicious food.

Pleasant stay
Posted 4 Jul 2019 on HotelsOverall it was a pleasant stay, rooms fairly modern and very clean. We had two rooms for 5 nights. The hotel appears to be a more week time hotel. The breakfast was typical Italian continental. It was very pleasant, however over the weekend the breakfast left a lot to be desired, with a smaller selection, going off fruit and not the freshest bread. Once monday arrived the breakfast was back to a fresh full selection. The hotel is adjoined to a small shopping centre, which was handy. Wifi quite slow.

Posted 30 Apr 2019 on HotelsThis was my second stay at the Hotel Rivarolo and both stays were just perfect. The staff of Virginia, Lauro, Gianluca, Viola and Pasquale are the perfect hosts and treat this guests as family! Love to stay in hotels that provide great value and an amazing staff!

Clean and spacious room
Posted 8 Oct 2018 on HotelsThe room was clean and quiet. Conveniently located. Check in was easy and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We were here for two nights. The lovely lady in the breakfast room was attentive and friendly. The selection at the buffet was quite nice.
