The location of Boarders was good for us. The pricing was a bit more competitive than other motels with the facilities being as good or better than other motels.

Tv didn’t work. Gentelman came and tried to get working and couldn’t. That’s how it was left instead of changing rooms if possible or some other fix.

Very shabby rooms, thin sheets and towels, limited room amenities

I had a room with one queen and the room had a couch and a coffee table as well as desk and usual amenities.

Stay away if you can.

This place is maybe a $75/night motel. The outfit that owns this place also owns Cobblestone in Ripon. I have stayed here many times for the last 20 some years. I have watched it go downhill. They charge what they do because they can, not because this place is worth it. They put no money back into the place. Zero. So it is getting very old. In my latest stay, the TV didn't work. Now they require an additional $25.00 security deposit. People behind the counter do the cleaning. It is so not worth it. But you have no other choices in Ripon
