Where do I start. First I booked a room with a full beach view and was given the wrong room and was being charged more than what I booked for. It took over 40 mins for the front desk person to try and correct the issue. Only one key is provided in order to control the air coordinator, it will turn off when leaving the room thus when you return it is very hot.
Shower was broken and had to take a shower in a vacant room.
They do not provide any kind of toiletries. No refrigerator, blow dryer or iron. The food terrible and cold. If you want ice be ready to pay for it as they will only provide a cup.
Will not stay here again..

The property is manned by very unfriendly staff. The food in the restaurant is highly misrepresented, and the lacks much un maintenance. Seem that they do just enough to get by. Very sad

Ok for a one night stay
Posted 8 Apr 2022 on HotelsWe stayed twice - one night before we went into the desert, and once one the way back. The first night was outstanding. Great service, comfortable rooms and very clean. The second night was not so great. Unhelpful staff, rooms weren't ready (despite arriving 3 hours after check-in) and had ants in them. Not terrible, but the second stay was definitely less than ideal. Pool is good and easy beach access.

The property charge me more than was previously agreed, last minute they send me an email saying my confirmation was not confirmed. ☹️ it was only about $10 dollars of difference, but when you are traveling you are on a budget.
