The rooms are decent size, but the hotel looks old and has a stale smell. The bedsheets had stains, the towels were dirty and smelled awful. ( only one large and one small towel was given) Asked for clean ones and received the same- full of stains and with a bad odour.
The shower tiles were dirty, the toilet wasn't cleaned ( had to wipe the seat before using it)

Posted 7 Jun 2023 on HotelsFriendly staff. Good location. Clean. The biggest problem is the blinking lights on the smoke detector in the rooms. It's hard to get to sleep with those lights.

Posted 15 Mar 2020 on HotelsThis is a great hotel. In the large suites, there are 2 shower heads. Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. One of my favorite places to stay. Even a mall with a food court next door. I recommend staying here if you are in campo grande area. Even outside Rio heavy traffic.

Incredible staff

Loved my stay again there. Staff is good. Rooms are clean , restaurant there ofered a lot . Really good breakfast.
