It is the hidden gem in Copabana. Rooms are not big ,clean comfortable bed and pillows , free breakfast, on the main street across from the beach. shower is strong. Staff is great . Next door to the JW Marriot, and winsdor Califorina. Cant ask for a better location. Price is about half of those hotels.

The hotel is right infront of copacabana beach. Despite the noise infront of the beach and street cars, inside the room is very quiet. Our room has a balcony with partial view. Water is not provided, Only 1 Coffee and 1 tea is free on the first night. There is supermarket 3 corners away. A lot of dining and shopping near the hotel. Very convenient. Friendly and helpful staff especially Duda, who helped us how to go around. Front desk and Duda speak very good English, easy to communicate.

When it came time to take a shower, there was no cold water, only hot water. I called the Front Desk to complain and ask maintenance personnel to fix the issue. I was advised maintenance workers would be on duty starting at 7am. It was 5am when I had to take a shower so it was a scalding hot shower. Maintenance did fix the issue after 7am. I went out for the day and returned to my room with the temperature significantly higher than when I left. There was an air conditioning problem the was fixed immediately. The staff was great, I could tell they meant well. This hotel needs to make some improvements to its fixtures and the. I think they will get higher rated reviews.

Excellent property, modern and up to date. Very pleasant stay. Property info is lacking. Website is very ordinary, and not up to standard. Reception staff require training, and local knowledge.

Good value for the price paid

Good choice to stay right in front of the Copacabana beach. Free beach towels and chairs. It was a bit lacking on cleanliness front because they were overwhelmed on the days of my visit. Breakfast is good spread but can improve with egg stations. AC needs some improvement. Sometimes it was very cold and sometimes it was warm. Not sure if it was me or had to do something with the thermostat.

This is the most discusting hotel I have ever stayed at! Mildew and mold everywhere in the room. The toilet doesn't flush and the AC is leaking onto the floor creating a puddle. Homeless people right outside of the hotel. I paid for a room with a balcony and ocean view, but got a balcony with a view of a nasy alleyway. On top of it all front desk attendents are scamming tourists by selling carnival tickets for 4 times the price that it says on the ticket. I should've know it was a scam when he said no credit cards, only cash. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy
