Posted 21 Nov 2023 on HotelsThe restaurant reception and the staff in general were great. The only drawback was the cleaning ladies who forgot to stop by some of the days during the week. When they did stop by they were very polite but rushed. When they did stop by to clean they cleaned. This is the reason why I gave it a very good instead of excellent! The gym and pool are great and for the moment the best I've seen in the places that I stayed in Rio.

NICE HOTEL NICE FACILITIES
Posted 5 Jan 2023 on HotelsI really enjoyed my stay here and I am impressed with the swimming pool facilities along with the sauna and steam room. They have a big exercise room or weight room and I think anyone would appreciate that especially since we're talking about within a hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. Having worked in the airline and travel industry for 20 years I have been around the world and stayed in many different types of properties at many different types of price levels and I loved this property. The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful - especially Marcelly and her and I were able to communicate well, even with my limited Portuguese - they all tried to communicate with me and accommodate any of my needs. I loved the restaurant connected to the hotel and it’s staff - such speedy, fantastic service and amazing pizza!
