The hotel is clean well kept, the staff is very professional and friendly, but the streets are not the cleanest.

Unfortunate dissatisfaction
Posted 3 Jan 2022 on HotelsThey advertised they spoke english. They did not. They were unwilling to even try when i tried to speak a little Portuguese. This was one of the main factors for choosing this hotel. The rooms were filthy and mildew everywhere. When they cleaned (3 times in 11 days) they were finished in 5 minutes.

Good location and free parking. Breakfast ok! Bathroom ok. Bedrooms are small but ok. Elevators and refrigerators are to old and dirty! Staffs are very polite!

The location was good, room was small, AC was really noisy, breakfast room was too small for the crowd of people.

Hotel has poor service, unfriendly staff no one speaks any other lenguage besides Portuguese.
They close breakfast service 45 minutes before closing time. Also when we went they said they run out of coffee. I had to go and complaint wuth management.
Rooms are not clean with beach sand and worn out towells.
