I wasn’t expecting much from this property but was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent, food options were great. Our room had a peek a boo view of the ocean. Those that say this place isn’t on the water probably got put in building 4. I would definitely go back.

No hot water, cockroaches in room, meals very repetetive, facilities very spread out, limited english speaking staff

Air conditioner didn’t work Had to ask for towels cause cleaning staff never left any Water was not hot

The WORST

The worst all inclusive ever. In a very sketchy area, so far from civilization. They do not like Americans here. I can’t believe this place is in business!

HOTEL NOT ON BEACH AND DOSN'T HAVE OCEAN VIEW.

Dear Ramiro, I appreciate the time taken to answer our survey, I am sorry to know that your stay has not been satisfactory, I tell you we have 5 buildings, 3 of them are on the beach, we have rooms that have ocean view upon request by our guests since everything depends on the availability of the hotel. We hope to see you again in the not too distant future, and make your stay an unforgettable experience

Everyone in the hotel got sick from bad food including my family. It rained and water was coming from every aspect of the hotel including restaurant and rooms. Not safe to stay here.
