This property had good reviews and it was ocean front. There were two types of rooms to choose from, sea view and regular. The sea view advertised a furnished balcony. We booked the sea view room and we were looking forward to hanging out on the balcony, enjoying the view of the ocean after a long day of traveling. It was more expensive but we needed the break. We got to our room and the view was only from the tiny balcony that faced north instead of towards the ocean. The balcony was so small only one person could stand out there at a time. At each end of the balcony were two small chairs that were not comfortable and you couldn't see anything but each other if you sat in them.Our room was dated and everything looked worn. The air conditioner was either on or off, you could not adjust it. The air intake for the air conditioner had a layer of dust on it covering the entire intake, it was really gross. I would not recommend this place, especially for the high price and not knowing if you're going to get the room they advertise.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel restaurant has great food, decent options around as well. Service was good. Beach view is very nice.
Bathroom in the room we had was small, and the A/C was weak. Beach is extra charge which we did not know about. Otherwise everything was great!

Location is perfect, staff is Super friendly and very helpful ..
rooms are too small and shower Cabinet needs glass door to prevent water Flow to rest of the bath room ..
otherwise it’s a recommended hotel.

Rimini is just a bad place for family vacation
Posted 14 Sep 2019 on HotelsThe hotel itself is OK, but if I knew what Rimini is like, I would never go there. Water in the sea is green like a swamp, and there is fish in it that bites very painfully, everything is expensive, area is overcrowded, people smoke everywhere all the time, the only food around is pasta, pizza, hamburgers and sea food, public transportation system is the worst I ever saw from the fact that you have to buy tickets in tobacco shops to completely unclear and complicated rules. Fiabillandia is a nice park for small kids, with 95% attractions suitable to 3 year-olds, but even there the only food you can get after 2 PM is ice cream and sandwiches. Completely NOT family friendly. I do not recommend Rimini, especially for family vacation. There are lots of cheaper and better places.

I think we came at a very weird time. The busy season for Rimini is typically May-August, so being there in March was underwhelming. I think we were only two guests out of a total of around eight people in a hotel that usually holds hundreds, so it all felt a bit off.
The staff were incredibly helpful, however. We wanted to visit Tavullia which is about a half an hour drive away so we could visit the Valentino Rossi Fan Club and the staff not only found us a private car to take us there, they arranged for the car to come back and pick us up.
I was really disappointed that the pool and jacuzzi weren’t open as that was one of the reasons we booked that particular hotel, however it was a lapse on my part as I didn’t fully read the website before booking (being from California, I just assumed that the pool etc would be open year-round.)
Overall a decent stay which would have likely been even better had we been there in May, rather than March.
