On check in I was told that I had not booked a twin even though I was showing reception the booking said twin. This took 30 minutes to sort. Later the air conditioning wasn’t working, it was 32c, I had booked a hotel specifically with air conditioning as I was poorly with diarrhoea and losing liquid rapidly, I phoned reception to ask to be shown how to sort the air con - I was told ‘STOP’ and then reception put the phoned down. Other than that a lovely hotel. But the customer service was awful and just what I didn’t need in my delirious state.

Your reservation is quite clear and it states that you book the "Superior Double or Twin Room" with "1 Queen Bed". If you want a different setting and we know it only on the moment of your arrival, it may take some time to sort it out, we apologize for the waiting. We are sorry for your... situation that somehow you felt like sharing, we have no trace of his phone call happening in the way you said but usually the problem with air conditioning not working is that the window in the room is open. We are happy that you defined the hotel as lovely, you should visit us again in a better health condition, we are sure you will love it here.

A stylish sea-side stay

Glitzy modern hotel right in the middle of the coastal strip. Clean and well-appointed. Good breakfast with cooked options (eggs/bacon/frankfurters) available on top floor with great views of the sea. We thought the free toiletry items on request was a nice touch, as I had forgotten to bring my shaving foam and my partner had left her tooth-brush behind!

Really nice deluxe room but too small. Small balcony facing sea but more next door hotel and a street. Great location but very noisy at night. One night we had to call the reception (after 1am) and ask about restaurant's very loud music which was played outside. Police had to come and sort it out. Unfortunately hotel is not separated from the noise and the law allows loud music until 1 am. Breakfast didn't have much choice. Only scrambled eggs(unsolted) and bacon or some ham/cheeses. Bread felt dry. Nice selection of pasty tho. Coffee did not feel as from a good coffee machine. Pool was out of order and I had to make a fuss to be given an option to use a pool of next door hotel (which to be fair looks much nicer). Water in the room is for a charge of 3 euro (0,5l) which I found pretty bad. The staff were friendly. I would most likely score this hotel lower if not the really nice deluxe room and location which made the stay better.
