Their staff were excellent. Nina helped us to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs upon check-in. Vlatka assisted us in check-out and offered to help us with the luggage. Vlatka was very patient and highly professional in explaining the problems with the wifi in our room. She was able to get technical help the next day to fix it. She also assisted me in paying for the car parking. It was very pleasant stay because of the staff.
Be aware that the suites are inside a 19th century building which has no elevator. The building door is very old and heavy.

What an absolute gem! Tucked away and simply gorgeous. All the amenities for a wonderful night's stay. Great communication with staff. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Delicious food options just a few steps away. Easy and inexpensive parking close by. Would definitely highly recommend!

Just. Don't. Go. Don't book this property. Do not believe the reviews. This isn't a real hotel. It's a dark apartment that has renovated a couple of bedrooms and is calling itself a hotel. I went there expecting to see what the photos represented. 1) hotel is not marked, no sign. There was a bar called Theatro that I wandered into after going up two flights of stairs and not finding anything that looked like a hotel. There were a few doors with signs that looked like a medical office suite. 2) Bar maid walked me up two flights of stairs and knocked on a door and the hotel rep came out and showed me the room. Dark, a dirty window with even dirtier shutters that looked out on an alley. 3) When the rep told me the parking was an "hourly" rate - I should have realized - this is NOT a hotel. Creepy. I didn't sleep there and they are refusing a refund. Buyer beware.

Location really good. Just in front of the National Theater, clkse to the Corso and the Market. Staff really welcoming. Building (stairs) in bad conditions. No lift available.
