Amazing Accommodation

It's also amazing that they can do a remote check in so you don't have to go to someone to check in at a desk. I ended up booking with them again at a different location. Both places were so clean!!! They even helped me with parking and ferry information.

We really like our stay in this apartment. Everything was perfect. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning work well, location was right in the middle of everything, and not very far from the bus and train stations. You could walk everywhere. We stayed on a weekend and you could hear the music and noise from nearby establishments, but it did not bother us at all. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The apartment was excellent, the host was very communicative and helpful. The location is amazing and everything is within walking distance, including a wine bar downstairs. The first night was surprisingly quiet, given we were in the middle of the city.
The one downside was on the second night the music from the another bar downstairs was very loud until 2am. The host had warned us about this, but wasn't quite prepared for how late it would go on for. But overall, this apartment was excellent!

Location, Charm & High-Tech

Our host Mikel was beyond communicative, and ensured we had everything we needed not only in the apartment, but also for getting around the city. First off, the studio was centrally located - literally 4 blocks from the bus station. It was the perfect combination of cosy, elegant and high-tech. Best shower ever! Comfortable bed, unit did not feel cramped and there was everything on hand including one of the BEST WELCOME books I have seen yet. It rained one of the days and Mikel offered us FREE museum passes so we would not have to worry about the rain. It is very close to everything, and I mean everything! Not having onsite access was flawless - you cannot go wrong with this property. AND luckily they have several! I will definitely come back again and again. 5 star experience for a fantastic price. Could not have asked for more!

Small room; average value
Posted 11 Sep 2022 on HotelsThe photo of this room is deceiving. It is simply one small room with one wall devoted to non-descript kitchen appliancees. There appears to be a mirror in the photo to make it seem like two distinct rooms. It isn't. The bathroom is outstanding however. Too bad the rest of the unit doesn't match the effort poured into the bathroom. We were there on a Friday night and pulsating dance club music pounded from a nearby square well into the night. The neighbours upstairs talked, shouted, laughed and partied until six the next morning. Earplugs proved to be ineffective.

Dear Tyler, We are sorry that you were not completely satisfied with our accommodation. The pictures realistically show our studio apartment where you can clearly see that it is one room with a kitchenette and a dining area and a bathroom. You probably looked at the pictures of our apartment, which is much bigger, and accidentally booked a studio. Unfortunately, noise is unavoidable in the strict city center on weekends and we cannot influence that.You were also not satisfied with the check-in, which is completely automated for us because we have smart access via a pin that was delivered to you in the morning on the day of your arrival. It is likely that your mobile phone did not have internet access during the arrival when you did not receive it. The information was sent to you via WhatsApp and via Hotels.com messages.Best regards
