Was hard to get any sleep as room 13 was very noise and on my last night room 11 was extremely noise and was moving furniture and there was throwing and banging noise. Sadly there isnt like any other cheap hotels a cattle, te or coffee or even a cup in the room. Tv in comon room wasn’t showing much.pillows was very soft. I needed put 2 together to get any sleep. Otherwise room was good, clean and furnishings even cheap were looking nice. Staff was great.

No fridge inside room, but given cheaper pricing it is not surprising. Otherwise stay was good/room was adequate along with private bathroom I had paid for.

Very convenient location. What I didn't like were the shared bathrooms but it was Hockey championships so everywhere else was fully booked. The breakfast does not cater for gluten-intolerant, vegan or vegetarians enough. There is cereal, cheese and boiled eggs. Breakfast vastly needs improving with alternative options and alternative milks.

This feedback is misleading and false - this guest started bringing troubles from the very beginning.When he was checking in at the reception he was wondering what was the price of his reservation in case of direct booking with the hotel hinting that if he cancels his reservation he could get a better price from us - we politely refused it and informed him that the reservation must remain as it is - moreover that it was prepaid reservation. Later - some time after he checked in he made a complain to the reception that there was some bad smell in the room - when the duty manager asked him to clarify what smell exactly it was and where and asked him to let her enter the room to check it - he couldn’t explain what smell it was and he didn’t let the reception enter the room. After that he didn’t talk about it but we received few calls later from the guest support department about this and reception explained to them the same. The morning when he was checking out he complained again that there was a bad smell like from sewerage system in the whole room. When he left I personally - with the cleaning lady - went to the room and the only bad smell we found was a terrible odor of the dirty human body mixed with the smell of rotten cucumbers - no any smell of sewerage was there at all. And let me point out that every room in our hotel is being cleaned and checked after every guest according to normal hotel standards - this room was same cleaned and checked and everything was fine there prior his arrival. So we find this feedback falke and totally misleading.

Value for the money if you manage by yourself.

I had a real bargain and I did not read the description very carefully. I had a shared toilet/bathroom but it was not a problem - in the hours (early) that I used it I did not have to queue. The common room allows for storing your groceries but no facilities to cook. The complimentary breakfast is not luxurious but it gets you nourished before you go to town. The location is the best of this hotel. The old town is within walkable distance and the public transportation is close and the network is extensive. It only is quite difficult to find out the lines and where they go except by trial and error and Google map. If you come by car remember to book parking in advance.

We did not like in the beginning. It was because our special need but as we continue lived felt like family. Staff helped us a lot. I do recommend this place. Shop and other needs within walking distance.
