I will not stay at this property ever again. The floors were warped, the coffee maker had moldy coffee in it, the beds were not clean, the shower was dirty

Clean rooms, good AC and strong water pressure in the shower. This is a wonderful place to rest after a long drive!

I had a Great stay at Hotel Ridgecrest... We'll stay there again

The man was genuinely surprised I requested ice... in an American motel. The Internet was early 1990s standards. I had to go to the parking lot to catch some precious waves. The door didn't lock... Well, I did have a bed! Nextdoor Motel 8 would have been better.

Thank you for your input, we will look into this matter to improve our services. We have upgraded our internet to Fibre recently and you'll have a much better experience. There is 25 weeks back order on the new Ice machine as well due to supply shortage. Thanks again

We are sorry, but if you are giving us 2 out of 10 please provide details of your dissatisfaction. We checked our records and we did not find anything wrong with the room. Also, allow the hotel to help with your concerns when you are at the hotel so you don't have to compromise. we also checked with the clark and we did not find any note about any issue you brought up.Best
