Not only was the hotel dirty, but the other guests were very loud. Additionally, I was charged a pet fee - I was not informed that there would be a pet fee.

Thanks for your response but pet fee is Mandatory as Hotel Policy and for that no need to argue with staff.

The room smelled like they covered up cat pee with strong cleaner The pillowcases had burn holes in them something awful was smelling in there I couldn’t rest I had to leave after 20 minutes

The property was not up to par.The pool was not working and it was dirty. The room had a smell. The door did not have a latch.

Property has fouled odor with broken mirror, broken tiles, dirty sink. I checked out right away and did not stay in this place. Please remove this establishment from your list.

Management is weird they walked in while I was taking a shower after saying i’m in the shower just to get me to book for another night. They’re money hungry the room was dirty and smelled like smoke when I asked for non smoking DO NOT STAY HERE!

Other than the fact you could tell someone LIVED in my room, I.E princess stickers all over the dressers, the lampshades and walls were disgustingly dirty, there were burn holes on the sheets and blankets from cigarettes, and there were multiple roaches found.
