I've always stayed there with no problem. This time I got stuck in a room with no tub. The floor of the shower was terrible. I couldn't take a shower without the water running onto the floor and out the bathroom door. The bathroom shower floor was flat.. no lip to hold the water in the shower. Dogs barking all night. The hall smelled like sewage. Loud noisy people in the halls all night.
I've always enjoyed this hotel until this time.

I left immediately. Room was unclean, sheets not washed, requested new sheets and they were yellow stained. Left and booked a room at another hotel. The entire place an absolute mess.

It was gross immediately walked out there was bugs the bathroom looked like a murder scene a guy hanging out the window smoking saying they said no smoking in the room but not the window really loud music, the smoke detector hanging off the wall as if someone stole the batteries, it was an embarrassment, I would never suggest this place it says 5.6 stars but the rating is out of 10!!!! Very misleading.

Staff is friendly. coming to rooms, water is not draining in bath tub and wash basin.

Drove to the hotel with my adult daughter. We both felt very uncomfortable with the way the property looked. Very shabby, sleazy and run down. We didn’t feel comfortable staying at this hotel. It is not at all what it appears to be online. A total misrepresentation. Unfortunately because it was after 4pm when we arrived the hotel refused to cancel our reservation and will charge me the full price. The hotel says it’s an Expedia problem, Expedia says it’s a hotel issue. I’ve never had this happen to me before. I didn’t get cancellation insurance because I knew we would be making the trip and needing the room. It never occurred to me that the insurance is needed in case the hotel turns out to be a dive. When I talked to the hotel representative about my reasons for cancelling he assured me the hotel was safe - there’s never been a shooting there! (It just looks like it’s a real possibility!)

It’s run down. Dirty and falling apart. Sheets had some stains and the room smelled like mold. Pillows felt used. That property should be torn down.
