When I arrived at the property there was an additional $25 per day per pet. The pool is not operational. This place has a serious pest problem. After leaving and returning to the room there were ants all over my items on the counter. I also observed the staff conduct themselves unprofessional with another person staying there. You checked out early and came home. We have submitted pictures and also informed the staff of the different situation that occurred. I was strongly suggest not staying there. Im a veteran and this was supposed to be my indy 500 gift.

Not much good to say. Advertised as having a hot breakfast. Waffles and a toaster for bagels only. Two apples only in the fruit bowl. Four yogurts in fridge. Coffee was tinted brown water. Bed was comfortable but room smelled as if at one time it was a smoking hotel. Super thin towels. If you pay by credit card they add a 5.00 fee. Said we didn’t have to pay because we had included our cc online when reserving. Our receipt said we were charged the extra 5.00. Won’t be stopping again

The breakfast offering was really bad. I rate safety and cleanliness the two big things hotels provide, which were adequate. Just be willing to ignore that breakfast is supposed to be part of your hotel stay.

Safe location next to a Toyota dealership. Room was clean and cool when I walked in.

TV and remote did not function Took forward and multiple attempts to get functional. Remote never worked but figured out how to operate TV with buttons. On check out new staff said it happened all the time

Stayed just for the night, I came in at midnight. A neighboring rooms alarm was going off at 6am and didn’t stop for a while hour. I would have been better off driving tired that night. I was going to talk to the front desk concierge, but a sign said they are away and leave your key inside. I have no clue if I’m checked out or not. Overall, wouldn’t recommend. Stay in Dayton, OH or Indy, IL.

This place was horrible. Dirty, felt gross after showering. The bathroom was disgusting. My boyfriend is 5’6 and his head touched the ceiling. We also arrived late night because we were on a road trip. We were tired and just wanted to sleep. There was a homeless guy that had checked in right before us (around 10pm) who was begging this worker to take his money so he could sleep and then she’d give him the money back when he leaves in the morning, if it was clean. We actually were placed right next to him (4 story hotel) and felt unsafe. Only because he had a pretty vicious dog. He was loud throughout the night, yelling at his dog. Just didn’t feel safe. Overall this place was horrible and will never stay here again.
