The doorman was very helpful bringing my suitcases down from my room and waiting with me till my Uber arrived. Very considerate.

I loved that they got me a room early. But I found out later that they have free wine in the lounge and no one told me about it.

Clean, friendly, beautiful. Parking accessibility. Line to do valet parking at hotel was down the street as people don't know how to move up. I parked in a garage around the corner which was okay but more costly. Clearing parking options would be great in the future.
