The room was a 12 min walk for me from mcg and the price I paid for the room felt incredibly reasonable especially for the size of it. The bathroom looked a little rundown but was clean and the size was perfect.

Close to the hospital and lovely spacious room. Comfortable and quiet. Limited cooking equipment, but adequate for a short stay. Have stayed here many times before, a loyalty program would be good

We were in Melbourne to go to the MCG.
This property was perfect, it was an easy walk for us, but if you needed, the trams are at the end of the road.
Everything you would need is supplied.

Block of flats at rear of adara ( not Lennox st side) can get noisy with residents and also rubbish trucks picking up garbage from laneway

Shower over bath dangerous and should have hand rail. Late arrival procedure/payment clunky and outdated.
