The elevator was out of order and my husband who is elderly and has lung problems had to walk up two flights of stairs with a suitcase I also hate to walk with my suitcase. They couldn’t move us to the first floor saying they had no availability. I thought this was unacceptable they did say we would could cancel our reservation but we were afraid after driving 6.5 hours we wouldn’t find another hotel with availability

Our two-night stay was perfect. Clean, comfortable rooms that are nicely decorated and updated. The staff was very friendly and efficient, especially those overseeing breakfast—which was fantastic! The 25-minute drive into Savannah was well worth staying here.
