Property was in good condition. But rooms had really bad odor, even after rooms had been changed they still stunk! Had to leave window open so room can air out.

Checkin was was done by someine who admittedly knew nothing. Took aboit 15 min. Hotel is old and 9n desparate need of remodel. Flooring is cpming up, 2 ply doors that have 1 ply barely attached hand rail posts that are rotted off. I could go on but wont. 1 star hotel at best.

Great family friendly place to stay in richland close to great food and shopping. The riverfront walk way is absolutely gorgeous. Staff was so nice and friendly. Definetly would recomend staying here to anyone.

Very old and not what I expected. It was supposed to be much better based on reviews. River front but you can’t see from the rooms.
