A roach motel for sure. NOTHING like the pictures online. Walked in and was uncomfortable with the nastiness. Refrigerator dirty. Blood on the shower curtains. Dirty towels left on door. Showered with shoes on and checked out only after 1 hour. There were no other rooms available. Took pictures. Contacted customer service at expedia for refund to go somewhere else, nothing was done. Paid more money to go somewhere else to stay and was out of money spent on this hotel which was extremely unfortunate. Bad experience all the way around

Had reservation, paid in advance, on arrival I was told we have no room for you.

If you have any standards about where you sleep, do not stay here. I don't even want to waste my time to elaborate. I'd rather forget and move on with my life.

Except for the tiles in the bathroom it was a nice experience

Hotel canceled last minute due to a power being out. I’m waiting for my refund. Found another Econo Lodge 15 minutes away in Rock Hill. It was absolutely FILTHY. Cigarette burns in sheets, ( it was supposed to be a non smoking room. ) Stained linens, chipped paint and furnishings. Over all gross experience.

Hot water near to non existant. Holes in bathroom walls of shower. No coffee available, no breakfast available as advertised. Due to covid they clean room once a week. That's fine. However the 1 tiny bar of soap, tiny shampoo and conditioner is definitely not enough for a 3 night stay. Housekeeping was great. She not only cleans rooms, but also runs front desk on weekends .
