Quando ho buttato carta nel cestino ho trovato immondizia del precedente cliente.

Ci dispiace molto Alberto per l'inconveniente, purtroppo per una ragazza dell'housekeeping era il primo giorno e non è stata particolarmente attenta. Grazie comunque della segnalazione ne terremo presente. Ci auguriamo che per il resto sia andato tutto bene.

Rooms are terrible, not like the pictures at all. Old bathrooms and beds that will destroy your back. Thin walls and you will hear your neighbours talk to each other.
Breakfast is not ok, overall I recommend nobody to visit this hotel.

We gave you a deluxe room instead of the economy room you booked.
